The price is fixed before the first visit and it doesn't move because the kitchen took longer. Extras are quoted and approved before anyone touches them.

The same person cleans your home. She learns where things live, what to protect and what you would rather she left alone.
Something breaks and nobody answers.
Every visit runs against a written checklist, and anything that goes wrong is answered by the person who did the work. You always know who that is.
The service
What a cleaning includes, with nothing in small print.
These two lists are the scope. What is on the left is done on every visit. What is on the right does not happen unless it is quoted and you approve it.
Included on every visit
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances
- Bathrooms: tub or shower, toilet, sink, mirrors
- Floors: vacuumed and damp mopped
- Dusting of reachable surfaces and sills
- Beds made, linens changed if you ask
- Trash taken out and new bags
- A final walk-through with you, or a photo note if you are out
Not included (quoted separately)
- Inside the oven, fridge or cabinets
- Interior windows, priced per window
- Heavy pet hair build-up, which needs extra time
- Post-renovation dust, mould, strong odours, biohazards
- Moving furniture, exteriors, anything above a step ladder

Four prices, published and fixed.
There is no hourly rate and no surprise at the end. What follows is what it costs, and it is paid in advance: the time is confirmed when the payment arrives.

About 3 hours. A home of up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Recurring or one-time.

About 4 hours. For larger or busier homes, with one more hour of work.

About 6 hours. First cleaning of a home that has slipped: skirting boards, blinds, vents and built-up areas.

About 8 hours. Empty house, before handing over the keys or after receiving them.
Payment is in advance and the online payment step is built but not connected yet: nothing is charged on the site today and the prepayment is arranged by email. Without the payment, the time is not reserved.

You get the scope and the price in writing
What is done, what is not, how long it takes and what it costs. No "it depends", and no sales visit.
You pick the time
The calendar shows the slots that are genuinely open, with travel time between jobs already blocked out.
You prepay, and it is confirmed
The request does not hold the time by itself: it is confirmed when the prepayment arrives. The email says where it stands and what happens on the day.
After the visit: a reminder the day before, the visit against the checklist, a walk-through at the end, and a short email asking whether anything needs another pass.

Outside Maryland, Virginia and DC we do not serve, and saying so is part of the service. If your home is in the area but you do not see the town, write: it is confirmed before booking.
Availability
The times here are not a marketing promise: they are read from the calendar.
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 17:00. Sunday closed. Travel time and a margin are blocked between jobs, so the slot you see is the slot you get.
