You get a window agreed in writing and confirmed by email. If the day has to move, you hear it from us before it does.
One named person, one written scope and a published price. You pick a time, prepay, and the time is yours — confirmed by email.
Published prices from $215. The service is prepaid: the time is confirmed when the payment arrives.

The price changes at the door.
The price is fixed before the first visit and it doesn't move because the kitchen took longer. Extras are quoted and approved before anyone touches them.
A different face every visit.
The same person cleans your home. She learns where things live, what to protect and what you would rather she left alone.
Something breaks and nobody answers.
Every visit runs against a written checklist, and anything that goes wrong is answered by the person who did the work. You always know who that is.
These two lists are the scope. What is on the left is done on every visit. What is on the right does not happen unless it is quoted and you approve it.
There is no hourly rate and no surprise at the end. What follows is what it costs, and it is paid in advance: the time is confirmed when the payment arrives.
$215
About 3 hours. A home of up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Recurring or one-time.
$235
About 4 hours. For larger or busier homes, with one more hour of work.
$415
About 6 hours. First cleaning of a home that has slipped: skirting boards, blinds, vents and built-up areas.
$490
About 8 hours. Empty house, before handing over the keys or after receiving them.
Payment is in advance and the online payment step is built but not connected yet: nothing is charged on the site today and the prepayment is arranged by email. Without the payment, the time is not reserved.
Service, size, pets and how we get in. Two minutes in the calendar, or an email if you would rather write it out.
What is done, what is not, how long it takes and what it costs. No "it depends", and no sales visit.
The calendar shows the slots that are genuinely open, with travel time between jobs already blocked out.
The request does not hold the time by itself: it is confirmed when the prepayment arrives. The email says where it stands and what happens on the day.
After the visit: a reminder the day before, the visit against the checklist, a walk-through at the end, and a short email asking whether anything needs another pass.
These are the towns served. The home has to be inside those three states; outside them the job is not taken.
Outside Maryland, Virginia and DC we do not serve, and saying so is part of the service. If your home is in the area but you do not see the town, write: it is confirmed before booking.
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 17:00. Sunday closed. Travel time and a margin are blocked between jobs, so the slot you see is the slot you get.
Reading the calendar…
Taken slots appear disabled, without saying whose they are.

Looking at the times costs nothing. The service is prepaid, and without the payment the time is not reserved.
We would rather give you a short list of things you can check than a wall of five-star reviews nobody can verify.
Looking at the times costs nothing. If you pick one, you prepay and it is confirmed — and if your home needs something that is not on the list, we would rather tell you up front.
Cleaning is what we do today, and we will not advertise anything else until there is a vetted person who can deliver it. When that happens, it will appear here with its price and its checklist.
How we decide what gets addedIt does not book anything by itself and does not quote prices: it shows what is published and the real open times.
